Year 1 & 2 Health Term Plan – Healthy and Active Communities  

This unit includes EVERYTHING you need to teach this sub-strand, for the entire term! 

It will help Year 1 and 2 students understand what makes us healthy, wellbeing tools to use, health messages in our community, and safety in our community. Students will engage in discussions, and hands on activities to practice respectful interactions. 

This 10 week Health Education Term Plan is designed for Year 1 and 2 teachers. This comprehensive resource aligns with the updated Australian Curriculum and the Western Australian Curriculum. It focuses on the Personal, Social, and Community Health strand, specifically exploring Healthy and Active Communities.
